I cannot say enough about the staff at Mike's Dependable Auto. They got my AC fixed and new wipers in 1 day. They kept in touch with me all day and were extremely helpful. From now on, I'm a Dependable Auto customer, for life!!!

Went in to get a diagnostic on a car I had just purchased and Mike told me he couldn't do it because it would void any warranty I had.... Honesty, integrity, amazing and very helpful staff.... Best place in town for all your automotive needs!!!

I wouldn’t take my vehicle anywhere else but here for repairs. My radiator needed to be replaced. They started working on it 8:00am and it was ready for pick up at 11:00am. They are a honorable repair shop and can be trusted!

Recent change of ownership of this business, the new owner is terrible and not people friendly. 2 weeks wait to make an appointment then Demanded $300 cash upfront before any inspection or work was done. Mike’s automotive was super helpful with my car. I was driving from Philly to Texas and my car broke down. Mikes automotive helped fix my problems and the car was able to take me from New Orleans to Houston. I would recommend 1000%. Thank you Mike!

If you are ever stranded out of town in need of honest, efficient, compassionate auto repair, I hope you are within range of Mike's Dependable Automotive in Picayune Mississippi. AAA thought enough of this company to authorize a 60 mile tow to their shop! This is a clean, well organized business, with a hands on owner, who went well out of his way to get me back on the road and put my mind at ease every step of the way. You need additional work outside their capability, Mike will call around and make sure you are taken care of. You need a hotel during repairs, Mike will find a satisfying room at a good rate. Mike, and his countermand Mark, did everything they could to make my difficult day as pleasant as possible. I recommend this company completely.
