I had a great experience with Executive Storage. Whenever I spoke with employees they were always polite and helpful. I would recommend anyone that needs a storage unit to use them.

I have used these storages for 9 years total and one problem with rats and these rodents get in your storage it can be devastation. I didn't realise I left some food bags in a container from our Christmas homeless outreach. So I have to take some responsibility .the owners took care of the problem and was very apologetic over my losts. i would use them again but next how are use them again,

We had our stuff here for only about 4 months when rats infested our unit and peed, tore up, and damaged a majority of our stuff. They would not give us any money back even though a lady put dog food in a unit nearby. We had to move everything back to our house and now need to get it somewhere else because we can't keep it under the house. Total nightmare! Do not rent from them unless you want these issues.

Executive Storage is a great place for keeping your items safe and secure , very clean with plenty of lighting. They have climate control also for your items that need protection from the outside climate.

STAY AWAY!!!!! I purchased a unit late last month and explained to the associate on the phone that I live in Slidell and it was going to be a week or two before I could move in, but wanted to reserve my unit. I paid for that month and attempted to move in two week later, as informed. When I get to my unit there is a lock the unit as if it had been sold to someone else. They are not open on the weekends, so I emailed them requesting an explanation for why my unit was locked. They explained that it was an error on their end and that they double sold my unit. I then asked for a refund, in which Tiffany, store manager, explained that she could not give me a refund because I did not get to the storage locker first. It was my fault for not moving in before they double sold the unit. Additionaly, I believe one of the 5 star reviewers below is a manager. How tacky is that?
