“If you sign up online, you can't get access to the gym until you meet with someone during office hours. That means if you aren't able to meet during normal business (10 AM-4 PM Monday-Friday) then you're not able to activate your membership to use the facilities 24/7 (not even the key on the app will work). If you yourself work during that time, you're out of luck unless they feel like accommodating you (after-hours) as the office does not come in on Saturday-Sunday.”

“I love how clean this gym is. It is very well kept and maintained. When you’re a germaphobe like I am, it can be difficult to feel comfortable in a public gym. I visited several before walking in Planet Fitness and deciding this is where I want to go based simply on how it didn’t smell or look dingy. The employees pay attention to detail and it shows. They are also very friendly and always have smiles on their faces!”
