Mossy has proof of my truck arriving for service without the red scrape, dent, and missing paint (thanks to their scanning system they it goes thru when arriving for service) BUT apparently their cameras are so blurry that you cannot see any details of my truck when it is leaving. How convenient! They also will not allow us to look around the service area to prove that it didn’t hit anything. We are also only allowed to look at one picture that the exposure is so high you cannot even see the ring around the gas cap. How is that fair? ITS NOT! We just bought this truck from them 6 months ago and this was our first service! I would never do business with them again. Absolutely disgusting!!!!

I recently had to bring my 2025 Equinox to Mossy of Picayune because of damage caused by hitting a deer. Originally I was told it would take a week to get everything fixed. Once the week was up I was told they found a few more problems and it would be another week. I dont have rental car insurance so I was upset about going without a car for another week. I spoke with Jason Marino and he was able to put me in a loaner truck until my suv was ready. He was extremely helpful and polite throughout the entire process. Mark Fee was also very helpful and kept me updated on the progress of fixing my vehicle. I am overall very impressed with the outstanding customer service I experienced at Mossy.
