From the initial contact, a great straight forward deal given to us by Amanda, the welcoming at the door and step by step help guidance and support by Carol through the purchase. Greeting and help by Sara and finance with Jeff. We have never had a deal that was as smooth and as easy as this one. The next day we got a follow-up call by Carol who has just been amazing. We will refer all our friends. Please note we drove from another state and will do it again for the same experience!

I had a fantastic experience at Mossy of Picayune! Joey and the sales team were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I found the right vehicle for my needs. I purchased a 2024 Corvette from Mossy in Picayune.Honestly, the purchase was easy. In and out in under an hour.My negative comments are based on the dealership forcing me to buy the window etching and “paint protection”. Luckily it was under $800 for both. But sadly the dealership wouldn’t remove the charge. Even though no such “protection” was applied to the paint. The car still had water spots and tape residue from delivery. Not complaining about the cleanliness, because I’d rather detail her myself, but I saw it as proof that no coating was applied to my car. Even though I was charged for it.The staff was very friendly at the dealership.I hope it is understood that I’m overall satisfied with my customer service. I’m just aggravated by needless mark ups forced by any dealer. And I’ll leave poor feedback every time.

I was referred to Mossy of Picayune for a floor heat/AC issue on my 2005 GMC Envoy, referred specifically to Mr. Jeff Smith. I am from out of state and needed my heater working for my long trip back home. He reviewed my issue, scheduled me for the next morning Thursday, mind you this is a week before Thanksgiving and they were busy. Arrived at 8am, I was out by 11:30 am, thankfully just a fuse issue and problem resolved. Major thanks to Mr. Jeff and the techs. The friendly service and hustle these folks did was amazing. Don't hesitate to come here for their service.

Excellent and friendly staff. I have bought my last two vehicles from a large dealership in Slidell who made the process feel like an all day many hour interrogation where at the end you get life instead of death. You lose either way. Mossy was the complete opposite. Rode in and a couple hours later left with my brand new 2024 Silverado 2500 HD. Couldn’t be more pleased with the staff there. Thanks Mossy. I know where I’ll be getting my future vehicles from.

My car wasn't wanting to start all the time so I took it in for repairs. $600 and 5 days later, I had a new ignition switch out in. Went to crank it and guess what? It wouldn't start. No refunds of course I get it, but the service Managers were rude, dismissive and unprofessional. Will never take another car there again :(

I didn’t have a vehicle waiting for me like the message stated. The whole process took 3 hours. The car wash was not professional by any means. It wasn’t dried and now it has dirty water spots all over it.

I took my car in for it’s first free oil change & maintenance . It wasn’t finished until over 5 hours later ! I have very low mileage on the car ( under 3000). Only took it in because I got a message on the dash that I needed oil change.When I asked how long it would take I was told it would be about 1 1/2 hrs. I called several times & was told it wouldn’t be much longer.& then was told they are doing the recall. I knew nothing about a recall, never was notified of one. Thought I was just getting an oil change . Why on earth would it take that long ?Very frustrated! I did have things planned for the afternoon but they had to be canceled. Good thing I didn’t have to pick up my grandchild from school that day.. To top it off they didn’t do the free car wash . Wonder what else they didn’t do?I was asked if I was waiting when I dropped it off, what if I had stayed & had to sit there for 5 hours ?! Very disappointed ! I much preferred Nissan’s service.I may be retired but my time is still important. Probably will go elsewhere for oil change from now on.

Site Visit Saturday 8/26/23First off, I rarely leave reviews good or bad. But this place deserves one! Absolute worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. I’ve had a lot, and all positive until now. Credit where credit is due. The young man, Bradly that showed me a few trucks was professional, and polite. Great experience with him. I hope he does well!The Sales manager that came to execute the deal. His sales tactics was way off the rails! I was not about to tolerate, pushy and rude. He was vomiting at the mouth with criticism on my trade, not even giving me an opportunity to comment. Was not business like, the vibe was more like “you’re an idiot for not taking my offer.” Either way he picked the wrong sales tactic for me. It ended with me informing them there would be no deal today and me walking out. I was disappointed enough with the lack of professionalism from this sales manager that it landed me here to invest the time to write a review. I hope it helps others!A bigger concern to discussed here is the complete scam of them charging hundreds of dollars for etching! Please google it for yourself before you pay them for it. And if anyone has already paid them you should actually ask for a refund. Do your research and you’ll figure out how to get your money back. The online list price was spot on, top of the list on CarGurus! Their scandalous fees that are not included in their online price is how they get there! Future customers pay close attention to the Auto Bulter & Etching, my opinion they're unethical dealer fees with insane profits built in. Very misleading to call it a value add on the work sheet.Dealership, please do not comment with your phone number offering to make it right with me. You can Make it right by improving your business ethics, showing customers respect and coaching your sales management team members to function with more integrity. I really do hope this review doesn’t cause this dealership to lose a single customer, I would much rather see them take this as constructive criticism and improve. Good luck to this business, and to its future customers!
