Today I had the worst experience in my life at this place. The lady is not trained to clean nails. We don't just go to have our nails painted, we go to have the area around the nail cleaned so we feel good. She just ran tweezers over it and it ended up the same as when I arrived. I recommend not going there.

This place is beyond rude. close’s at 7 but when I walked in with my daughter and mother at 6 pm. not only were we greeted rudely, but the lady that did mine and my daughters toes couldn’t get our color correct then wanted to mumbles “gosh” as she walked away for the forth time to get yet another wrong color. Meanwhile the costumer next to me asked if she was going to put her design on her nails like she wanted, and her helper told her “no” she doesn’t have time for that. How rude are they!!!! I will not be back!

Ok so I love this place. For my 17th birthday, we had an appointment over at mavy nails for 1:30 that I had booked a TWO WEEKS in advance only to get there and them be so overbooked that there was a line of people waiting who already had been for like 30 minutes. We called up this place and they took me in like 5 minutes (got first pic). I was also very quite impulsive one day and needed graduation nails so again called up this place,, she was able to get me in within the next hour (got second pic). This lady working is so nice and efficient!!
Requested style: French Tip ! Custom nail !
Cleanliness: The store is clean!! Bathrooms are clean !!

Won't be back. Very rushed. I got a refill and a color change. Simple enough. My old color wasn't taken off all the way the new color wasn't applied all the way. It looked like I did it myself in the dark. The nail tech could see it but obviously didn't care. Not to mention, there were dirty socks on the floor just thrown down. ??♀️??♀️
Cleanliness: Was NOT clean. Filthy.

Very disappointed. This is the worst I’ve ever had my nails look. Not only did she make bleed in several places, but the dip does not fully cover all of my nails, and they are so crooked.

Worse pedicure of my life.
The older lady had no idea what she was doing.
The polish is missing on some parts of the toe nails. On others, there was nail polish all over the place. She didn't even take off all the old nail polish. The color is lumpy. My first and last time there.

Love, love, LOVE MY NAILS!!! I had a horrible experience with a small place in Slidell. Went in today and Ms. Theresa did an amazing job fixing what they had messed up and done wrong! She's very kind and took her time and I am going nowhere else but here from now on!
