Service technician is polite, friendly and knowledgeable.Upon the initial visit (Oct), he discovered that the repair request was placed through A&E appliance, not through Sears Home Services. I asked to contact the company and correct the issue, he stated he couldn’t, make another appointment. The time line started in September with the initial appointment time. So the next appointment was in November. Diagnosed a burner and a switch replacement on another appointment. Company Canceled and rescheduled the appointment on that day, add two more weeks. Next appointment canceled due to weather, ice on streets. Rescheduled appointment, installed burner and one switch. The switch on the new burner was bad, ordered another switch and rescheduled appointment. Today installed second switch and burner worked. It took from September to February to repair my range, which was not fully operational through Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year.

Charles was very knowledgable and very thorough as he tried to repair the fridge. He perservered for over an hour to fix the fridge. I appreciate his hard work ethic and patience!!

I would give 0 stars but not allowed apparently!! Never showed!! No call either!! I called and was told I would receive a call within 30 min but never called and never showed!! I received email stating the parts that was ordered was put on and that my appliance runs properly. How is this possible when NO ONE showed up??

This is a sad company. I think it’s past time to get lawyers and possibly the press involved. Premiums are being paid but no service. I’m getting emails of documents that were supposedly signed by us but no one even showed up nor called to give an excuse.

This was the 4th time we had an appointment that anyone even showed up and never got a call when they did not. This company provides horrible service to their customers!!!!!!!! It took over 3 months to get our repair done!!!!!!!

First of all... I didn't even know this place existed. Drove past it a few times. It looks like a tiny store until you go inside. They pretty much have all the hardware tools and appliances you could ask for. Customer service was wonderful. They treated me very nice and even ensured a sale after the courtesy and honesty they showed. I end up buying a new bed for my place for a wonderful price! They are currently doing a reopening sale here shortly. Will be checking that out soon. Will be the place I go to from now on the restock on my tool inventory. Totally recommend!
