I've been going here for awhile. I had a female worker help each time. She was great. The last two times, the worker was no longer there. So, I was stuck with, who I assume was the owner. I personally won't be coming back. With my pedicure & manicure she used the file so aggressively it hurt, cut me. During the gel process I asked for thinner french tips. She had did almost half my nail in french tips. She got annoyed & refused to listen what I was saying just dramatically gesturing to put my hand in the lamp. Her pretending no to understand or acknowledge me is what made me mad. My nails were uneven in size & length. The french tip was also uneven & extremely thick. Its supposed to be a pleasant experience & it wasn't. Plus, I'm going to have to get them redone elsewhere. It was a waste of my day off & my money.

Zero isn’t an option, so I’ll give them a 1. I should the tech what I wanted and she said it would cost me lots of money. Their cost of $75 isn’t cheap, but I opted for something similar. She didn’t come close! This was a couple of days before my wedding. When I showed my daughters, who were my maids, they laughed me to shame. I went back for a redo. I told the tech to do a gel pearly color. My polish was chipping the next day and I didn’t want to post our ring pics. I went back to the tech following our honeymoon. The tech did a redo, but I promise you, she must’ve used old polish or cheap polish because that time around was no better than the others!! I’ve never known or had gel polish to chip or or peel!! I used to go to them years ago when Jason was there and he was very critical of people who used cheap products. I will never, ever, ever go to this place again!!

If looking for a nail salon I’d recommend going elsewhere.
Not only was the lady rude from the beginning she started shaping my nails wrong, I politely told her that was not the shape I asked for, she then proceeded to try to argue with me about the shape I said (I knew I should’ve walked out then). She rushed the nails & cut me several times because she was rushing. I told her about it the first time she did it (bc I understand accidents happen), however it didn’t change the way she was rushing & managed to cut me 4-5X. I won’t be returning & would suggest others don’t go to this nail salon either.

Brought my daughter in. French manicure priced $35 on board with gel polish. $30 with regular polish. We requested regular.. lady told us $30. When they went to charge. She said $40. Then scanned my card twice. Because I was charged 30 I guess so did second time for $40. Praying I don't get charged twice. But for what I asked for. Should have been 30!! My sister was done the same. We were regular customers. But not anymore.

I walked in to get a pedicure. They had me sit in the pedicure chair but did not fill up the foot pool/ turn it on. I sat there for about 25 minutes. I am perfectly fine waiting my turn to get my toes polished but I would like to be soaking my feet during the wait. After 25 minutes, I got up and left.
Went straight to another salon, Picayune Nails, and I was sat in a pedicure chair AND an employee immediately filled up the foot bowl/ turned it on so that I can start soaking my feet.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! DISCRIMINATION AT ITS WORST! AND THEIR SERVICES ARE NOT EVEN UP TO DATE TO HAVE THE ATTITUDES THEY HAVE IN THAT SHOP. DISGUSTING!

My girlfriend got her nails done today and was excited to have them done. Even after being shown the picture multiple times the woman was still unable to even remotely match colors or styles. My girlfriend is beyond upset with outcome and will not be returning. Given the string of one star reviews recently I’d advise that anyone who expects professional results go elsewhere.

I showed the woman what I wanted multiple times never did it right I told her it wasn’t right had her redo it twice still came out wrong and wrong color I will post what I wanted and what I got if you want your nails done don’t go here they also told me once price and got charged different I honestly broke down over this I had a really bad week surgery and everything so I wanted to feel pretty but instead had a meltdown left one I was suppose to get but instead got the one on the right and she even cut me with the grinder and got rude with me when I pulled back. Also she made me bleed. Don’t go here save your money!

I went and got one nail put on to fix a nail that had fell off and I also got gel. They left both of my thumb nails really crooked. I went back in and asked her to fix them and she still couldn’t file my nails straight. I cannot believe they can’t even file nails straight. I won’t be back. I had to fix it myself but still looks bad. I forgot to take photos and fixed it before I realized I should leave a review.

staff was super rude and that was the first time i went there. showed them the nails i was supposed to get and my nails look nothing like the picture. shape was square, doesn’t look like square. didn’t fill a flower in and added on to the nails with silver which was never in the photo. never going again. horrible service.

I will never ever go here again. The lady who did my nails was rude, too lazy to even look to see if they had the color I wanted. (Which was sitting right on a shelf across the room which she claimed they didn't have) so instead of the dip job I wanted I got gel nails which I didn't ask for but there was no telling this lady anything. She hurt me. I told her multiple times I felt like my nails were too long she just ignored me so again I gave up. Not to mention it was so incredibly obvious she was talking about me in another language to the other girl gotta love when they do that. I wasn't trying to be a Karen I planned to spend a lot and tip well and this woman was rude and hateful. After this I get a spa pedicure me and my friend the most expensive one again you'd think I'd be treated better once again nope. This lady rushed through my pedicure didn't even leave the hot towel on for a second before she took it off and that's my favorite part. My nails are too long and hurt but they are pretty. $185 dollars later and I was gonna tip them well but after how I got treated forget that I went in there with no malice and that woman acted like she hated her job. If you want your nails done I suggest you go to luminous at least they will try to give you what you asked for. I am so disappointed and honestly it was supposed to be a relaxing girl day and her bad attitude absolutely ruined it.

I'm writing this review from a different account because I've already left a review here 2yrs ago but Friday I went to have my nails done as usual I showed the tech a picture of what I wanted now since I've been going here for 2yrs I really trusted that she would give me what I asked for so I just let her do her thing once she was done they didn't look right to me but I didn't want to be a problem so I just went on...but after leaving all day long I was just looking at my nails like no this is horrible i can't go around looking like This everything was wrong a friend even told me that it looks like toothpaste on my nails lol nah two years ago they ruined my eyebrows and i had to walk around with a half of eyebrow and i still stayed with them but after Friday im completely done with this shop. I highly do not recommend them it was that bad smh
