Extremely unfriendly woman working here today. She barely opened the drive thru window to talk to me to see what I wanted; took FOREVER with my debit card behind the closed window (LITERALLY 3 minutes, AT LEAST) which is ENTIRELY TOO LONG to walk away with a customer's debit card. Especially when you are the ONLY CUSTOMER THERE!!! I have been in retail management for years; this is NOT acceptable. Too many things can happen in that amount of time! Are you kidding me?! Why would you need to close the window so abruptly and take so long with a customer's debit card in hand and offer no explanation of any kind. Just hand the card back with the bag, no thank you, NOTHING!NOTE:PLEASE, DONT TAKE THIS AS IF AHE STOLE ANYTHING FROM MY ACCOUNT, THIS IS NOT WHAT HAPPENED!I am simply stating the fact; it can make a customer uneasy when someone (who isn't the friendliest already) walks off with your card and is gone for a very long time (considering I only bought cigarettes, 3 minutes is an ETERNITY) and returns with no explanation of what is taking so long. A credit card transaction takes less than 20 seconds, this is why I have an issue. As a curiosity to YOUR CUSTOMER, explanation should be offered as to why you are taking so long with their credit/debit card! Even a cash customer would think; why are you taking forever? Over 3 minutes with NO OTHER CUSTOMERS IN SITE is TOO long! Also, you should NEVER leave site of the customer with their card in your hand, PERIOD!Management, I recommend taking the time to address this issue with your employees. It makes some customers uneasy. It's way too easy to snap pictures of the cards these days.

Good service and no wait called looking for something they helped me and told me were I might find no tobacco no nicotine cigarettes trying to quit smoking and found the information I needed I a breif call with punctual staff that takes time to help people instead of rushing and being rude even when I was not getting something from there store keep up the awesome work and hope you have a great day

Not the easiest of places to visit with the amount of traffic, but at least they offer a discount. If you purchase their products often you may want to ask them about their loyalty program, it's an easy way to save some change.
