I wish I could give this place ZERO stars! I just moved into a new construction home in the Picayune area in June. One of the very first things I did was get my E-911 form turned in so that my new address could be verified by USPS. Well it’s now almost August and NOTHING has been done. Missy the person that is supposedly “in charge” of that area is literally never in the office. I have called so many times and all get is “she’s not in but she’s working on it”. Which im starting to believe is either a lie or it perfectly explains why this isn’t being done. With my address not being verified I cannot get new health insurance, get medications delivered, get my children enrolled into their new school, get my bank information switched. need I go on!! This is absolutely ridiculous. You should probably find someone else that has the time to be in the office and that can actually do the job because Missy obviously can’t.

Had a package being shipped to my office. Happened to get to Picayune on a Saturday so they office was closed. Instead of doing what anyone with sense would do, they returned it to the sender with. Very low effort and lazy.

There are 2 post offices in Picayune. Would be great if the IT guys for app removed the old closed one. New one is :
6342 Hwy 11 North
If a driver/delivery person can't figure it out, just look for one with a fence.

As I walked to the counter the lady just walked away and left me standing there for about 5 min I was the only one there. There was no excuse she was rude.

Bad! They delivered my packages to the wrong address two different times. This caused me to lose my items, and I had to go through the trouble of ordering them again. The money they are paid, you think they could perform their job correctly. My house and mailbox have 3 inch numbers on them, so this issue should not keep repeating, but it does. When you speak to the management, they do nothing but tell you to reorder. I thought the mail was under the federal government and would be handled professionally. What a joke this is!
