THE STAFF AT THE PICAYUNE ,MS.POST OFFICES DON'T LIKE ANSWERING THEIR PHONES SO FORGET THAT; DON'T ORDER YOUR STAMPS THROUGH YOUR CARRIER HERE ~YOU EITHER WON'T HAVE YOUR CHECK CASHED AT ALL,OR YOU WILL GET YOUR STAMPS 14 DAYS LATER,IF AT ALL.DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR GET YOUR STAMPS ANYWHERE ELSE-IT WILL BE FASTER AND YOU MIGHT ACTUALLY RECEIVE THEM.THE POSTAL CARRIERS NEVER POST NOTICES AT THE DROP OFFS OF ANY INCREASE IN THE POSTAGE BY A FEW CENTS,THEY JUST TRASH YOUR ORDER AND PAYMENT WITH NO RESPONSE-LEAVING YOU PUZZLED AS TO TENDERMENT OF YOUR CHECK OR IF THEY EVEN GOT OR LOST THE ORDER.NO E-MAIL ADDRESS FOR CONTACT OR WORKING OPERATOR ANSWERING THE PHONE.

Years dealing with your incompetence. Homes and boxes clearly marked but these people put our mail and packages to other homes and boxes. Even lie to us about it. With witnesses and we all have security cameras you still lie, steal, damage, etc. Glad yall are going under. Reporting doesn't do nada. Class action suit would be good idea.

Terrible service. Constantly claim items are delivered when clearly they never were. Security cameras were installed and have caught these delivery drivers in multiple lies. Lazy, won't get out of the vehicle. If you're too lazy to perform the job you applied for and are paid to do, then quit. Do everyone a favor. I'd much prefer to wait on my package an additional week than be lied to and not ever receive it.

Tried to call multiple times about a package that was "delivered" at 8pm, it never arrived, not even a note saying that I would need to pick it up at the office. Don't waste your time trying to call, the line will just ring with no answer. USPS seriously needs to double & then triple check the address on both the packages & the location before delivering, this is becoming a terrible habit for the Picayune area.

This has happened twice. I mailed a money order once to my granddaughter and she never got it. I mailed one to my grandson 9 days ago and he still hasn't received it! I don't know what the issue is with Ms I will never send money through the mail again. Thank goodness I found out about sending it through Walmart.

I have been receiving my mail at same address for over 20 years on a private country road. A few weeks back a new mail carrier was assigned to our route and now the mail “can’t be delivered due to condition of the road”. And yet every Sunday the USPS mail truck is seen delivering packages from Amazon! Double standards?

so now we get the privilege of paying .60 for a stamp and SUB PAR service, I get other people's mail and I just wonder who gets mine. I get info from the VA ,get medication from the VA, my wife gets info from her Dr. and I don't know if someone else is getting it and not letting me know, if they can not do the job they need to go flip burgers and leave it to someone that knows what they are doing. the only reason I gave them one star is so I can post this.
