They do not deserve 1 star
I am writing to express my disappointment with the pharmacy staff's behavior. Their unprofessionalism has been evident on multiple occasions, including today when I visited to pick up my medication. The employee with bright pink hair has consistently provided poor service. She became upset when she was unable to spell my last name correctly. I believe this is a personal issue that requires attention. I have contacted corporate to report the staff's behavior and suggest replacing the entire pharmacy staff. The recent decline in service quality is concerning, and today's experience underscores the need for improvement.

They tell you what date prescription will be available and you get there nobody knows nothing and its not available or its out of stock for a week

I'm waiting in a 6 car line divided by the 2 lanes and when I finally get to the speaker, she asked me the name so I told them they said hold on while I get that ok so I'm expecting to hear a dob verification or an address verification but nope they go ahead and help the next 4 cars in line while I'm still waiting, 5 minutes pass I clicked the help button and a lady come on and says please hold shes helping the other car (3rd car already), and hangs up, two minutes later the meds are coming down with no security verification, what was my reason for my wait

Horrible service, if there was a 0 star...they would have earned it! They tell me to come back other days and it's still not ready. Then I got yelled at over the phone cuz apparently I'm supposed to know the drug laws

I would give them a 0 star if it was possible. Literally made a child wait 4 hours for their pain meds after surgery. Their excuse was they didn't list it as waiting even though the dad came in every hour on the hour to check on his son's medication. Kept giving him the run around the whole time.

This is the WORST WALGREENS IN MS.-REALLY IN THE U.S.!! I have tried numerous medications at the pharmacy, and everyone they have declined!! And without checking, they automatically say, Oh we don't have this!! How do they not have my seizure med. every time?? They are LAZY!! AND VERY RUDE, TO NOT EVEN LOOK AT MY PRESCRIPTION 1ST, AND THEN TELL ME THEY ARE OUT!! That is Horrible!! They really need to be looked into! Oh, and to call them, that is a whole other story! You will get hung up on, or wait 20 mins.-b/c they are to busy to get to the phone to hang up on you!!! So, my advice, don't wait on hold!!!

Good store about one of the only pharmacy around town and we have 2 go figure instead of other pharmacy around bc walgreens is always so busy at pharmacy bc of this reason

Where do I begin...... I called the pharmacy to get information on availability of a medication. When the pharmacy phone Answered I was put on hold and 5 seconds of on hold music played and the call was terminated. I called back several times and it did the exact same thing.GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE...NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
