This is my preferred pharmacy. They are light years above CVS. They are faster, more friendly & have better apps for electronic services. My only complaint is their phone tree sucks as bad as CVS.

This us regarding the pharmacy only. The actual atore is average and a few of the cashiers are even kind and helpful. I have always used Walgreens for my whole family bc of convenience. But this is not the first time this pharmacy has made me consider switching to walmart pharmacy. The night shift (including the pharmacist) working the closing shift this Thursday, September 21, almost made me wanna act like one of those Karens to see if that would make them care. They let me sit in the Drive though (alone no line) for 13 mins while the button I pressed rang & rang bc they were laughing and joking and didnt realize they had phone off hook so I could hear them, intentionally getting pleased by ignoring me. Why. What was the purpose? Then finally at 9:58 two mins to close, soneone strolls over and gets my name. So unnecessary!

The pharmacy department needs SERIOUS HELP AND revamping of staff I've been hung up on, laughed at for needed medication for my airway, they are always rude and unprofessional, you are an absolute inconvenience for any questions you have about medications you are a full inconvenience for letting them know you need prescriptions filled or are picking up prescriptions or really doing their job in any way shape or form when your medications are due to be filled it is up to their discretion on if you get them or not they will cancel medications without notice do not carry medications and spend weeks without medicine but they will always tell you that they will get a shipment in next Monday most people in this town have directed others to more local pharmacies the only reason why I haven't moved mine and my family's medications is due to a prescription program through my doctor and you are a horrible person if you do not have enough money for your medications the dirt on their bottom of the shoe is better than you

I absolutely adore this store!I know it sounds silly, but I just love Walgreens. LoLThe best curbside pick up service of any and all stores I've used, and I have used A LOT OF CURBSIDE PICK UP!I order and 98% of the time, the order is ready in less than 10 minutes after ordering.Thank you Walgreens, I truly appreciate that you are so efficient and treat your customers so well.I'm always going to be a Walgreens customer! ?

I have never seen so many lazy people in one department. The pharmacy is ridiculously slow because their techs are more worried about chatting than actually doing their jobs. Hopefully Picayune gets another option for prescriptions because we desperately need it.

I literally cant stand this pharmacy! It takes eternity to fill anything, and a friend of mine is on pain medication and they called the cops to harass her after she turned in her prescription. They are sooo shady! One thing I have learned is to find a smaller locally owned pharmacy for all of my prescriptions. They are always faster, nicer, and I enjoy supporting small businesses. The store is perfectly fine and the current staff are friendly and helpful! They are the reason I gave any stars at all.

The 1 Star is for pharmacy only. They are the slowest that I've ever been to. I had 1 pill to pick up and it wasn't ready and they told me I had to come back 2 hrs. later. You better ask for a refill 1 day in advance or you will have to wait! If people have walked in to pick up their prescriptions or if they are in the store waiting, then I think they should be serviced first. Not put on a wait list while the pharmacist fills phone orders that will be picked up later. Handle the people that are there NOW!

The store front is closed and curve side pick up is not available. I am trying to pick up medication for my mom who is 95 and suffering from painful shingles. I received a call from Walgreens indicating that her prescription was ready for pick up. I called the pharmacy and was told I needed to wait in a 40 car line because they were filling prescriptions for Hurricane Ida evacuees and they did not have the man power to open the store, which I can understand! But not to even offer curve side pick ups for an elderly customer that has been buying from them from years and is suffering from awful pain is simply not compassionate at all. The pharmacist also refused to send the prescription to nearby Walmart which was wide open and serving customers efficiently. I was told they could not do a thing and I need to wait in line and if they close by the time is my turn then I need to try my luck by tomorrow. In the meantime, my mother is suffering from agonizing pain. This is the worst kind of customer service. The manager, Max Smith, yelled and cursed at a nurse in the middle of the parking lot! He told the nurse that he felt like he was also battling covid when she asked to please sell her toiletries and explained she just got out of a 4 day back to back shift caring for covid patients. How can he even compare! What an insult! As soon as I can I will be moving all my prescriptions to a new pharmacy!

Waited on the phone for 37 minutes, finally got an answer but forgot that my phone was muted, I unmuted and answered and was then hung up on. This is why I use Walmart.

Walgreens is absolutely the worst for dealing with when it comes to your prescriptions. After five trips to the store to pick up my prescriptions they are still not ready after 3 days. Yet their phone system tells me they are ready for pick up and even gave me the price. I live 45 minutes from a Walgreens that's an hour and a half of driving time to go and come from my house. The first time I had to drop the prescription off I had to wait in line for over an hour while they were on their lunch break. There were supposed to be back at 2 pm. They eventually started scrolling back at around 10 minutes after 2 saw everyone waiting there which was approximately 8 people. Then it still took them another ten minutes before they open the door for someone to go and give their prescriptions. I went back the next day to pick my prescriptions up and they weren't ready. Then I went back the next day and they still were not ready. On the third time they had a screw up on the prescriptions so I had to give them all the information all over again then they finally found my prescriptions. After they put them in the computer they told me that they would be ready at around 8 p.m. yesterday. That was September 30th. Before I went back out there again I decided I would call today October 1st to check and see if they confirm that my prescriptions were ready for pickup. I drive another 45 minutes there and when I get there the lady tells me she can't give me my prescriptions because I put them in yesterday and I have to wait 24 hours before I can pick up the medication. Who ever heard of such a thing. If a doctor gives you a prescription and tells you to start the medication immediately there's telling me that after prescription is in they can't release it for 24 hours. I think they're making up the rules as they go. Not to mention that when I did go online to attempt to fill the prescriptions they told me I couldn't feel them online because I have to call it in. When I called it in they put me on hold for 45 minutes and then hung up on me I will never feel any prescriptions at Walgreens ever again I'd rather pay a higher cost somewhere else and get better service
