Nathan, at Walker’s, does an exceptional job throughout the entire repair process and the finished car/truck (I’ve had both there) comes back looking like it came off the showroom floor. This is saying a lot, in that, both of my vehicles have a complicated 3 layer paint system that is extremely hard to perfectly match with the rest of the vehicle so that the repaired portion doesn’t stand out. Nathan also takes care of every aspect of dealing with the insurance companies and remains in constant contact with the customer to ensure the work flows as quickly as possible. On top of all that, Nathan is one heck of a good guy!!

If your truck gets towed on a friday night nobody answers the phone till monday then charge over 300.00 to get truck out of storage on monday morning. A gimmic. Then monday they say we dont have anything to do with him. He has walker on tow truck! how is that fair honest customer service.

I would give 0 cause these azzholes towed my daughter-in-law car from Nicholson to there car lot '450 dollars' n now wont let her get her check ,kids car seats n her check out of car until she pays 450 dollars this is robbery n i will b talkin to lawyer

Nathan took care of both parties involved. He was very professional, kind, friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are extremely fair and the work was completed as if nothing ever happened! I was shocked at how quickly the car was repaired! I live in Slidell, but will go back to Walker's for any of my future needs!

New ownership. I had some deep scratches and denting repaired on my 2015 F150. The finished product was better than factory fit and finish.
