Bailey answered the phone and was extremely rude and when I asked a question about why my prescription I turned in two days ago was going to take almost two hours to fill she just hung up on me. I called right back and she picked up the phone and hung it back up. I called back and selected for a Dr office calling and a man named Danny picked up and was extremely nice and helped me. Bailey needs a lesson in customer service and should not be given a job dealing with people at all! If this is the service I get from a pharmacy I use often for my family it may be time to switch pharmacies.

I use them for now but that girl that answers the phone for the pharmacy is extremely rude! There is no excuse for her attitude. There's a good chance I'll be moving my business just because of her. She despartly needs some customer service skills/training

I called to try to get my prescriptions sent over to the pharmacy where I live. I was being as polite as I could. I said yes ma’am and everything. When I was trying to explain what happened the lady just interrupted me and talked over me. I thought that was rude, but brushed it off. Well then she asked what time I wanted to pick it up so she could put a time on it. I don’t have a preferred time but she asked so I said 12PM. She said, “Good luck. Ha” I told her it doesn’t matt
