Very incompetent. They won't do your refills together, they space them out to get you in there more. The number of refills always changes, today, 11 refills changed to one. They contacted the Dr for the previous 3 months for a new prescription when each month it showed 2 remaining. Their automated phone service is crazy, skipping things, jumping around. I've got to switch.

Don't take your UPS packages here for drop off. The red head with the wild eyebrows has stoleny packages TWICE. And when you call up there, she hangs up on you. I finally got ahold of someone and they don't seem to know where my package is.

My husband and I both stopped using the pharmacy because of the rudeness of those little girls that work there! They obviously have had no training! I’ve stood in that line one day and listened to them disrespect old people till I wanted to crawl over the counter and give them what there parents should have when they were being raised!

Horrible attitudes. Treated my father disrespectful as he was trying to fill a prescription for me. They better be glad it wasn’t me they mouthed off to. New better trained staff needed or bulldoze the location.

I arrived at cvs pharmacy in Pontotoc at1:03 pm 2/18/2022. The tech takes my script but then looks at the clock and says “oh wait we take lunch at 1:30-2 so it will be after 2” all they had to do was count pills. I’m a cash payer so what’s the problem. From looking at all the reviews, everyone needs training.

The staff in the pharmacy are absolutely insulting‼️ I took my daughter to the Dr yesterday after work and got to the pharmacy 45 minutes prior to them closing just to be told that her prescription had not been faxed over and even if it had that he was about 200 prescriptions in the red and he couldn't get to it until today. My child needed her antibiotics last night not this morning! I told him it wasn't my fault he was in the red and he replied "That's why I'm apologizing." I called the Dr this morning and had them fax that prescription to a different pharmacy because if I had to wait until this morning I wasn't giving them the pleasure of filling it. I hate I had to give them 1 star to do this review because they definitely do NOT deserve it!

MaryAnn completely ignored us standing at the check out. She was aware we were waiting while she stocked some items. After directly getting her attention she came over mumbling about using self check out. (Which had CLOSED on the screen).
