I would like to Thank everyone at the D.G. in Troy.I have went to Five different D.G. today and this one was the best one.I notice as soon as I went in it was a well organized store..The cleanliness was a 10 .The organization was well kept.The Customers Service was exceptional..This will be my Favorite from here on out.Good job to everyone at Troy D.G..⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I refuse to use the self checkout, thought they were bringing jobs to our area,no need if they have self checkouts! 😤 I'll never use the self checkout, get more workers to check people out!

The cashier was on her cell phone at the front door when I ask for help with self check out. It did not give me the digital coupon for $3.00 off a $15.00 purchase. When she came over to the check out station she advised me since I did self check out there was nothing she could do about the $3 off coupon I did not receive credit for-which is not true then she tryed to tell me their internet service wasn't good there so sometimes it just wouldn't give you credit- again not true that has nothing to do with it. I guess she thought because she had to stand near the front door to talk on her phone that was the best she could come up with. I knew she was either not capable of helping me or either just didn't want to do her job I left and called DG cooperate. Very poor management at this location
