I went in after shopping at the New Albany, MS Factory Connection to return a dress I just bought this morning for a wedding. I tried on a few things and didn’t find anything so I was just gonna get my return and leave while waiting for my refund the lady (Ms. Pamela) pretty much called me a liar and told me that I was trying to use someone else’s card to get money back. I showed her proof that it was my card and the transaction out of my bank account and that still wasn’t enough AND because I wasn’t a “regular” she didn’t trust me. She is so RUDE AND SHE WILL NO LONGER GET MY BUSINESS.

Sometimes the selections are slim for larger sizes but the sales ladies are always kind and helpful even if you don't make a purchase.

The assistant manager is rude and doesn't have good customer service. She will not speak when customers enter the store, she won't tell what sales are going on, she also won't say anything while checking you out until she gives your total. So I only shop there if the manager Ms. Pam is there!

Haven't been here in awhile. The last time I did, it seemed a little ritsy. I prefer Walmart, as prices and selection are much better.
