Needed ac filters. 24x30. I went back and saw an empty spot for them. Young man unpacking boxes called to me. I told him that I saw they were out of the filters I needed. He looked through his unopened boxes. Nothing, but he said he believed they had some in a partial box that had been moved to the left side of the aisle. He was right. I got two ac filters, and I was really impressed with the customer assistance the employee took time to see that I got. Thank you, True Value. I'll be back.
