I ordered a belt for my mower. I received the wrong belt, so I sent it back while they sent me another replacement. I received the wrong belt again. The ad was for Stens 266-235 and twice they sent me 266-236. I did a return and ordered it one last time with specific instructions to triple checked the part number to make sure it matches the ads part number.

Had issues with my order being delayed, which wasn’t really their fault other than the shipping not including weekend delivery. The person I spoke with before it was delivered was very polite and did her best to help.
Upon delivery, I immediately noticed damage to the packaging (which was just movers wrap, no cardboard or anything) and upon unwrapping, to the blade itself. It’s one thing to try to efficiently ship something, but to only wrap it in plastic wrap with nothing to cover the blades, seems egregious.
Responded to their email with proof of damage and haven’t heard back for a couple days, so I ended up having to open a claim with UPS.
Unsure if I’ll be doing business with them again. At the very least, it gives me pause.
For clarity, I made my purchase on QuickieParts and only knew that it was Willard Small Engine after receiving their initial email.

Ordered the correct blades on Amazon. And they sent me a totally different blade that will not fit the mower .

Fantastic Customer service! We ordered mower blades through Amazon and they accidentally sent the wrong size. I called and someone picked up on the second ring. She was so kind and helpful, and she overnighted the correct size to us. We will most definitely be return customers!

what kind of packaging do you think is appropriate for shipping squeeze bottles of glue ? ...ridiculous ,,,single non-padded, thin plastic, envelope...of course ....came leaking from both bottles.......
