Just walking in, the people are friendly and appear to actually enjoy their jobs, which is a pleasant change from some other H&R Block offices. Terri Mauck helped us and was such a blessing! She is friendly, professional, and very informative. She was able to explain everything to us, took our worries and stress away, and helped us in every way possible. She and the other lady working were very sweet and accommodating to my three energetic children, and helped them to enjoy their time there as well. We will go back next year, and we hope Terri is still there!”
