Went in to rent a uhaul. Attitude from the get go. "Why does he always go to lunch when he knows someone is picking up a trailer." Downhill from there. If you like to be appreciated for spending your hard-earned money, don't go here. So very rude. When mentioned to the owner - surprise, that's his wife. No apology received although one was due. Never again.

Well they charged us more than wat we owed, and the worker is the one who helped us gather all of our items all 3 of them and the total was 28 dollars and we drove off and had to go back because items were on the recipe that we didn't purchase

Claiborne Hardware is the only store in this small community where you can find furniture, appliances specific building supplies, a U-Haul truck, trailers, moving supplies, and other miscellaneous items.

Days prior spoke to a the store owner who was very helpful with my inquiry of an item I viewed online. I decided to order the item for instore pick up. Once ordered I never received a email regarding the status of my order 3 days past the estimated delivery date. So, I called in to check if the order had arrived. Too bad I was unable to speak to the owner directly again, as the "wife of the owner" has poor customer service and bad understanding!
