Well I went to dollar general and couldn't find what I needed I asked for a manager and a lady named Misty came up to me and ask how she could help I went on to explain and ask her when the item would be back in store she looked at me and told me straight to my face I can get out of her store that she don't know when it will be in or anything she told me also I could find another dollar general to shop at that I wasn't welcome there anymore I asked her for corporate's number she also told me she didn't have to provide that so dollar general I will never come back to another dollar general anymore she ruined that I'm not even from that state but just thought she should be punished no manager should ever treat a custome that way

My coupons didn't register (possibly cause they always click it away while your still trying to type number in). When I mentioned it, cashier just said sorry and it showed that I didn't have any, not even the usual Saturday $5 off of $25. I should have returned it all and went somewhere else since they didn't offer to fix it.

This store ALWAYS has a line. There's only ever 1-2 workers and they always seemed annoyed when they have to actually do their job. Customer service is definitely not good. And they have a self check yet they don't use it.

there is never enough checkers in this store, Dollar general should redo their checking areas and have more room and more than one checkout person!! Dollar general makes way too much money for this !! such a shame. you are losing shoppers!!
