As a manager I'm highly disappointed in this location. They always get the food wrong and catch a attitude when given the wrong food and they will just give you the exact same order you complained about. And when you get the right order they normally just toss it in there, sending food all over in the bag. They chick named Lila is so rude and desperately needs corrective training. As a team lead she is definitely unqualified. The night crew is just terrible and half of them should be let go.

I asked for no onions on my burger, they make me physically sick. I got onions all over my burger and I turned around and came back through and the remade it, while having attitudes. I left and bit into my burger and threw up. There was even more onions than before. They won’t answer there phone and have no concern for customer service.

This place better count their days. Cause this was absolutely the worst experience I’ve had. The bread was dry and crumbling. And they didn’t want to do anything. And we also had to clean our own table. Was not clean at all.

So sick of getting the wrong food or missing food from this place. Corporate/management know they’re the only one for miles, so they don’t care.Sometimes the orders are perfect. The other half of the time, good luck. Customizations ignored (ex. “no onions” - onions all over the burger).Just straight up missing items usually.Completely different drink/food given than what was ordered.Have to ask for things you ordered to be given to you.Tonight I got burnt food???? How do you even burn desserts and still decide it’s fine to sell them???It’s just disappointing. Thankfully new restaurants are opening so we have options instead of putting up with something always being wrong. Sorry to the crew that knocks it out of the park every time, but management needs to start caring more and training the ones who miss the mark so badly.

Ordered A large mocha frappe no whip cream add 3 shots of espresso they mixed it in A big cup poured it in A smaller cup and put whip cream on it which means I paid $8 to not get all my espresso... told them and showed my receipt says no whip they took the lid off and scraped what they could off the top and handed it back. I'm allergic to whip in can so I just disposed of it since I was already paying for 3 shots and not getting it. Every other one puts it in the extra large cup if getting more than one shot of espresso. Then it had leaked all out the top and running down the sides which stained my shirt. Very unproffesional on thier part.

The only McDonald's I have ever been to that the burger actually looked like the advertisement. The burger was larger than the bun and not hidden in the bread. Total five stars with the food. The service, however, not as good. We ordered a Big Mac, a Quarter Pounder and two large fries. The girl taking our order repeated it back to us and it was right. However, when we pick up our bag and look inside there was only one large order of fries. We told the girl that we ordered two large fries. She looked at the receipt and with an attitude said, "Well, you only paid for one." She was right. We had only been charged for one. So the girl taking our order messed up and the girl giving us our order cops an attitude. How is this okay?

This is the third time I've had my sausage missing in my Big Breakfast with Hotcakes. It comes with one. SERVE THE FOOD AS IT'S DIRECTED. I can't believe that such a basic combo gets screwed up so often.
