Manager is very rude. Extremely rude. I called and told her to be cordial to her customers speak acknowledge them and she hung up in my face. She act like she couldn’t hear me and said excuse me? I repeated what I said and she hung on me. Very nasty lady. I tried to call back a couple times she purposely doesn’t answer. Big mama wouldn’t have anything in life if it wasn’t for the very customers that shop at SFD daily. I will be getting in touch with owners. I’m tired of mean bw acting like a random stranger hurt them. It’s unacceptable. Do better!!!! I will not accept behavior like hers I spend my money in your store just for her to pay her bills!!! SICK OF THE MISTREATMENT FROM BW. ITS DISGUSTING!!!
