nice employee , not too nice owner , bad service , got me waiting over a month waiting on a part , the part came in but he closed from christmas till January 9th let me know that he mistake of client that the carburador he order was not for me , that to fix my motor is going to need $1500 for it which of course , I said no . All this time waiting for none . not the way I m use to do business.

Had 2 chainsaws for 2 1/2 weeks & never gave them a tune up. A storm came thru & a tree fell across my driveway causing me to purchase another chainsaw from Lowe's .. this was a bad experience!
