5 stars isn't enough for the customer service I received. A HUGE thank you to the office staff and service techs. They took me in at the last minute for my sleeper (APU) AC not blowing cold. They worked for hours past closing and even had to fix some new parts that were faulty straight out of the box. They could've easily told me to come back tomorrow or could've given up and went home to their families. Instead, they persevered so I could get a cold, full night of sleep during a hot August night. I think it works better than the front cab AC now.
I hope this is the standard of service the company gives. Also, I sincerely hope the company is giving these workers the respect and compensation they deserve. Again, thank you guys so much.

My brand new APU stopped putting out AC power at 1,500 hrs. Generator bracket broke Generator fell and ripped the wire out. They replaced everything under warranty same day. Awesome people working there great attitude relaxed atmosphere and free coffee. Lol

The guys there went far and beyond expectations, they worked on my reefer unit it was working again. Will recommend this facility to everyone. Thanks Big John, Mike gosse trucking.

-⭐️⭐️ negative stars!!! part was $150 and labor was 3 hours @140 so job should've been about $700 but ohh noooo it's labeled a heavy duty job so labor minimum was gonna be $1200 and total was $1800 ???told em I didn't have it so they did the job for $1500??? so I spoke to mechanic at home and he says he does this job for $550 labor.....I can't make this up come on Richland make it make sense I know it's a new shiny shop and all but why make customers pay for it

I dropped my trailer off here to get an estimate for some warranty work and after 2 days they still haven’t looked at it. Very poor service!! Would not recommend this shop

Yeah so, I got my apu serviced and a 2 hour job to turned into a 5 hour job and and the bill was rather pricey $$$$ they are over priced considering I talked with another carrier dealer that did a comprehensive service with is 3 hours labor was cheaper than a two hour service here. I guess this is what you do when do when you have a brand new shop. $800 plus dollars is ridiculous.

We took our reefer to this shop because the reefer was not going to the temperature it supposed to be, the technician said it was in the range it supposed to be when you set the reefer to work in cycle, the owner of the reefer wanted the technician to adjust the belts but they decided to replace them which was OK, but after 4 hours when the owner was in GA the reefer was not working right, the amber light was on and the temperature was going up, we looked for a technician in GA, he found the fan clutch broke, he said the technician in MS might not place right a belt or he didn't realize the fan clutch was dirty. It was weird this happened the same day we took the reefer to MS, We talked to the shop in MS, I sent the bill we paid in GA, it was $ 1,200, after 1 week they said it was not their fault. We are not happy with this answer. They are washing their own hands, they don't want to take responsibility for the job they supposed to be performed right.

Excellent service got me in right away repaired my reefer unit that was cutting off on me and got me back on the road I appreciate y'all!
