I came into the Richland store today & Deaireon was such a help. Not only did he give us a great deal on phone and accessories, he even transferred me and my daughters info to our new phones. The best cricket around!!!!

Coming to this store was the best decision I've made. I came into the store about activating my phone and ended up getting a new phone around the same price. Deaireon is an amazing employee! Best cricket around hands down!

First I must say, Lakesha at the Richland store is AWESOME and was very helpful. She deserves a raise! Customer Service on the other hand is awful! I went into the store on Friday and left my old service to join Cricket with 2 lines. When I got home that evening my phones would not work, I went back to the store Saturday and Sunday because the service still would never work correctly. So Sunday I went back to my old service because at least they work. I was trying to save money because it’s rough these days on folks. Anyway, Customer Service is closed on Sunday so I couldn’t call them to ask for a refund that day so I called today (Monday) and they refuse to give me a refund. I paid for 30 days of service but I only used 2 days of service and my phone didn’t even work for those 2 days. I talked to a supervisor who still refused to refund me my money and he eventually told me to contact my bank for a refund. Customer service also never apologized for the bad experience I had with their service or about their service. I know some people love Cricket and to each their own but if you are thinking about swapping over to them you may want to rethink it. Thank you, rant is over!

Amazing price but thats sadly about all. Upgrade prices aren't really worth it. Only new customers get the good deals. For example existing customer razor flip upgrade cost 299.99$ and new customer it's 149.99$. Zero sense, no lobe for existing customers. My friend group has slowly drifted away from cricket due to this and have to say think it won't be long before I do as well. Criket just needs to show more love to the ones who have been here since the start.....

First off I love Cricket. I've had an account with themfor years. But, when I walked into this store, "Andrew" greeted me and was the rudest cricket representative I've ever met. This man tried upselling me on anything I mentioned and wouldn't even answer any of my questions. Seriously thinking of changing services after this encounter.
