It is really annoying when someone answers the phone and immediately says "Please hold!" and doesn't even give me a chance to say okay or I cant hold or no problem. Seems like very poor customer service. As if they really don't care about their customers needs. I understand the retail business gets busy but if you aren't going to give me a chance to speak, why did you even answer the phone?
