“We've ordered some stuff during Black Friday from Home Depot, and have been trying to get them to deliver within our delivery window. 4 days in a row they kept trying to deliver at 630am, and time and time again we've called the number provided to let them know that we aren't here. They're huge pieces, so I need it to go straight to the shop, we also only have two seater cars, so cannot transport these pieces.Today I called the Brandon Home Depot store, spoke to the service desk manager. Within a few minutes she said I found it "I'm bringing it by!" Found out her name was Mrs. Barbara. She was actually coming by on her own personal time after getting off of work to personally deliver these packages to me. She has no idea how much this is appreciated! This is beyond amazing service yall, and I hope they recognize her for this.Thank you so much Mrs. Barbara!!”
