If you’re a black man that’s trying to get narco it’s always gone be a problem. Been coming here for 2 years now and every month I have to go somewhere else because it’s always an issue.. profiled because the color of my skin and outfit I guess .. even the pharmacy tech know how difficult it is on me when dealing with these ppl.. like calling other places like (cvs) to verify that the doctors made a mistake on my last script like just call the doctor ! Like how hard is it for you to call my doctor doctor? That pharmacy even asked me personal questions like “ well how many pill do you have left” to whom concern might that be ? Like telling me you need proof that doctor made a mistake with the newly and corrected hand written scrip in your hand is beyond racist and disgusting to be quite frank. I can feel the hostile environment at that place every month I come.. so here we are once again going to a different Dr to fill my script…. 0-1 stars

Very friendly and knowledgeable customer service representatives, approximately 30 minutes to receive and fill scripts through system, very competitive reasonable prices

If i could give 0 stars, i would. I've been having problems with them for years. Either not having my medicines or the wait time is horrible but my latest visit will be my last. My son had a prescription sent over around lunch. We had another appointment so i decided to pick it up and do my grocery shopping at the same time. I walk up to the counter to pick up the prescription and was told it would be another 30 minutes, this was 4 hours AFTER the prescription had been sent. So i tell her I will finish shopping, check out and come back through the drive through. I had icecream and popsicles since my son has strep throat and was on a time crunch so they wouldn't melt. I drove through the window and was told it would be an additional 20 minute but i had to come back in because it was a liquid. I waited another 20 with my frozen goods melting just to get back to the counter and be told they didn't even have my son's medication because it was on backorder. I call this morning to have his scripts sent to another pharmacy and guess what... they had the "backordered" medication in stock and informed me that there was NOT a backorder on that medication. Like i said, I've been having issues but kept using Kroger Pharmacy for convenience but they aren't very convenient when wait times are over ridiculous and they lie to your face. Horrible horrible service!!!

The only reason I'm giving 3 is because once a lady named Tara walked in she took care of everybody including myself, Tara came in and immediately started getting everyone medicine out to them. Honestly y'all need to keep her and give her a raise it took just about 3 hours just to get my daughter's antibiotics this is the one and only time I would and will ever get my medicine filled here.

I am beyond fed up with this pharmacy. They can't keep employees who work the counter or the drive-thru and they are in over their heads. They hire people off of the streets who are not properly trained. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing and they will not answer their phones anymore. You can't run a pharmacy without answering the phones! I was actually 'lectured' by someone at the drive-thru that I'd never seen before. If I don't get satisfaction from the manager, I'm going to contact the regional manager. I don't need the aggravation!

I have been with Kroger Pharmacy for 26 years but because of the poor service I am now a Free FROM THE WORST SERVICE EVER! I was constantly having mistakes made with my medication. Just today I tried to call at 3o’clock to order a cake for Monday and the lady said you have 24 hours to order a cake I said I’m going out of town and I would like to get the order made today please and she hung up on me. One star is honestly too much for this pharmacy. I believe the staff at McDonald’s could do a better job in this pharmacy. Was told yesterday it would be another hour before my prescription was ready so I waited till today to go get it... over 24 hours later and it’s still not ready. After waiting 2 hours in line I left without my medication. Can not wait till all my stuff is transferred to Polks because Kroger pharmacists are a joke.

The service at this pharmacy is awful. As stated in other reviews, the problems have started in the last five or six months. It is extremely understaffed. Only four people in the pharmacy: one at the walk up window, one at drive through, and two pharmacists. For nine people out out of ten, the prescription is not ready, so that pharm assistant goes to get it filled while the customer waits. So that window is shut down for five to ten minutes, with people waiting in line behind that customer. The line gets longer and longer, people having to wait over an hour in line just to get up to the window, to be told that they are out of the med, or that it was not called in by the doctor, or that it is “being worked on”. I was told that it is hard to hire help because of regulations and requirements, and that the pay is not attractive enough to make it worth that effort. They don’t even try to answer the phone when the customer calls to inquire about a prescription. The personnel are friendly enough, but that does not offset the TERRIBLE SERVICE
