Do not use Kroger’s grocery delivery service (Instacart)! Exactly one third of the items we put in our cart could not be found by our “Instacart Shopper”, even though they are in stock in the store right now as she’s shopping for us. She’s not even trying to find things.
As an example, one of the items was *sliced bacon*. The “Shopper” reported there were no substitutions available. I just called the store and the guy at the meat counter thought I was crazy — “yes, of course we have bacon, is this a prank call?”.

I wanted to send money through Western Union at this location. I tried to send 2 Transactions and the racist Even though she’s old black, asking me about the money and when I told her she cannot ask me about it Unless the system is requiring her to do. she had attitude. And she called it “her place” Get out of my place. She think she owns the place while she just work behind the counter. Not recommended

Ever since they changed managers, this store has gone down. They used to carry a decent selection of organic items, now have very few. They are almost always out of multiple staple items such as common fruits & produce items, dairy, etc. Store is not as clean, music is so loud, you can't hear when the pharmacist or anyone speaks. The manager will argue with you if you bring an item back that is defective, or not fresh & yells at other employees. This used to be a great store, not now!

Kroger is a typical large grocery store that has about any and everything you want.

Pickup here is always extremely slow. I’ve had orders cancelled and 2+ hours behind. Please save your time and go elsewhere for pickup. It is not efficient here.

Usually love this Kroger and come here A LOT as I like it more than walmart and it has a great selection with helplful employees. But tonight (12/19) I had a rather disturbing experience as a man wearing a grey polo shirt and name tag, who I think was the manager, chased me across the store and shouted at me that the store was closing soon. I know I came in a little late as I overslept but I came in before close and was out the door before close… The way he standing and shouting at me down the aisle, it startled me and made me feel that I had done something bad. Certainly there had to be a better way to handle that. The thing is, I walked past him earlier in the store and he said nothing to me. There were also other customers in the store and a customer having a conversation with the cashier as I was checking out and these remaining customers were not treated like this or rushed out of the store. I had only come in for a handful of things in preparation for a trip, not a cart full of items. I told him on the way out, as he was menacingly staring at me and waiting at the door for me to leave, that he was rather rude and I did not appreciate his tone/ hassling me as I was a paying customer. He mouthed something else off to me but I didn’t hear as I was just ready to leave. Just because you called me “young lady” does not make your rudeness okay 😂 I know you want to get home after work trust me I’ve been there done that, but your demeanor was not friendly or professional even in the slightest. Dude didn’t even tell me to have a good night or anything just staring daggers at me. If you get off work late or even just need to make a late night run, I wouldn’t bother coming here. This interaction with this manager or employee made me feel unwelcome and burdensome. I really don’t appreciate being treated like a loitering teenager. I treat people how I want to be treated and I worked in retail for 2 years especially during the holidays so I know the experience and frustration but I would never take it out on others. That being said, way to treat your customers during the holidays :/ respect and kindness go a really long way especially during these times that can be hard for many people.

Kroger has what you need .
The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
You can cash work checks, buy flowers in the floral section.
You can even choose from completely organic non GMO foods.
They have the freshest dairy and seafood.
They have access to motor carts for handicapped and elderly.
If you have a Kroger card you can save tons of money with the weekly deals and daily specials.
They have a amazing pharmacy and beautiful staff .
Then when u gained enough Kroger points you can use them at the gas pumps to save up to $1 per gallon!!!!!
P.s.-go to the deli side and find the chicken salad with the grapes in it, it's better than your mamas and you'll thank me.

This particular Kroger was very clean, organized, and had almost everything you would need. It was a very pleasant experience until recently..
Now it's like no one cares about the appearance. There is a God awful smell almost like rotten fruit throughout the store. There is some meat that feels cold and looks fresh, but you soon learn it is spoiled when brought home and prepared to cook for your family. There is trash all through the parking lot, which was never bad before. Maybe a change in management? Maybe a change in standards? Maybe it's best to go to Sam's Club for your needs until something is done? I mean it's no better off now than Walmart. Unacceptable...

I'm rating this on fuel pumps. We have a 35' fifth wheel and it was easy in and easy out.

This Krogers needs a revamp it is serving more people than it was when it was first built. I know people that go to other krogers bc this one doesn't carry large enough selection. My mother will go to the one in Byram. Thats money that could be spent at this one. Between Florence an Richland there is enough people that would shop more at this location if it had upgrades like the one in Byram.
