This is my 2nd time here on time or not they take forever to unload you or load you. The receptionist at the receiving desk a dark skin female is overly rude. I don’t see how someone like her is working in logistics. She has no manners towards drivers or her employees. Truck drivers are here waiting well over 4-6 hours to get loaded. The Forklift drivers take more breaks then actual work. These guys are milking a paycheck and there is no one in charge to complain to. Coming here they will waste your clock if you have more then one stop a little to no work will be done you will be waiting here all day waiting for a door

Really not a fan of the lady who checks people in at the receiving office The female gate guard is very friendly the afternoon gate guard is not so active and not so friendly as soon as you check in with the gate guard you park off to the side of the right of the entrance Walk your paper up to the third set of stairs then you meet the lady who's in charge of receiving you honestly could check in as early as you like if you're doing a delivery as long as they're open I checked in about 4 hours early and I got out of there within an hour Even the person offloading my trailer was very friendly
but I went the day before to see if I could deliver early and the lady in the receiving office just said no and told me to leave not a big deal but then I called back when I was down the street cuz I was willing to wait if necessary of somebody accidentally canceled or whatever and when I called she answered so I asked if I could speak with a manager to see if I could get in contact with somebody that could check me in she put me on a brief hold instead of contacting a manager she just came back to the phone and said nope you got to wait till tomorrow so I feel like she just lied to me without even checking or allowing me to talk to somebody when I came back the next day and she acted kind of rude and short with me and I was noticeably early of my delivery time and when she radioed for it they said yeah put him right at the door like she specified what time my appointment was and everything I guess purposefully trying to delay me longer than I've already waited but the warehouse didn't care they're like absolutely put I'm at the door and when I came back into get my paperwork after everything was done she's like what do you want and I said excuse me then she said what door are you at and I told her and she just handed me my paperwork nothing else

Was in and unloaded within 45 min...would have given 5 stars, but no overnight parking

By appointment DRIVER'S they have a small space to park on dirt pad and pay attention to the signs and don't block driveways

Everyone was very nice, there's a Blue Beacon about 10-15 miles away-trailer MUST be CLEAN. Arrive 11:30 for 1300 appt, got assigned dock door immediately & loading started at 1300.
Tandems back and DO NOT OPEN doors until yard jockey or loader directs you to do so.

Easy checkin, in and out in 2hrs, must have license and DOT number. You have 30 minute grace period before you are late, they will take you but it's a late fee. Plenty of room to maneuver

Checked in at 1500 for 1700 appt. Got door right away. Was out by 1700 with bols. Fast loading. Nice people.

Security is great, check in was easy. Arrived at 9:50 for a 10 am appointment, assigned a door immediately. Sat in front of the door until 12:30. Finally started getting me loaded at 1. Out by 2:30 only to find out I’m overweight at the flying j down the street. Waiting to find out about a rework. Will update once that is done.

Appointment only pickup. Appointment 7pm in a door immediately and 3 hours later before they even start loading. Funny places like this want to change a fee if you're late but they can take how ever long they please.
