As part of our 3 week road trip we chose to spend a few days in Jackson, MS. This hotel was a great location and had all we needed - a clean room, comfortable room, a bit of breakfast including a few hot items, and convent location.

Broom was not clean at all. The TV did not work. I had to find out how to do the DirecTV up the TD by my cell. A call to the desk and asked 6 × 4 someone to come up, no one showed up. Avas, don't waste your money on this place, it needs to be done.

The room had mold on the ceiling of our room. There was also mold on the bottom of our shower curtain too.

If the towels didn’t smell like they were washed in dirty mop water it would have been a 4-star rating. Price was good, CSR good and location good.

I was traveling home from a convention in Dallas, and stopped in Richland for the night. The Quality Inn was the place I chose, and I was happy to get the place since I had lost my wallet earlier that day. Fortunately I was still able to book a room and check in using a phone app and stored credit card information.My night was initially uneventful, but then I received a call that a gas station 150 miles back had found my wallet and was holding it, so I was in good spirits after that. My stay was uneventful other than that. The room was clean and had all the amenities you would expect of a Quality Inn. I didn't have any issues, and had a good night's sleep.As an old saying I have become fond of goes... it's quality you can spell with a 'K'!

This was the most disappointing hotel of my entire trip.Pros: 1, The hotel is quite with very low road noise. 2, The staff tried to be nice. 3, There is a Sonic just a block away. 4, The Eggs at breakfast were to my liking.Cons: 1, The beds are think mattresses on solid metal stands. This makes them hard and noisy, better then a set of drums I guess... 2, The TV would not turn on even after trying the remote & power button on the TV itself (yes it was plugged in). The outlet also made a concerning sizzling sound.. 3, The room phone had power but no calls could be made.After telling all this to the employee in the morning a small credit was issued. At least the employee was nice & tried to help.I hope this wasn't the normal experience for this hotel. Till next time stay frosty.~FNHUSA57Rooms: Beds are hard.Noteworthy details: Hotel is quite, low road noise & right next to sonic.

So, the room was okay. The service seemed like they were just tired of people, honestly. And the room had various things that would be of concern if looking for a clean room. Hair, condom wrapper tips, something random and unidentified between the sheets... But, it was affordable.

Pros: staff friendly, quiet and good location.Cons. The entire room was dirty. Soda and smears on walls. Bed spread had cigarette burns and we had a non smoking room. Towels were not clean and moist. Floors were not mopped . Light bulbs out . Etc For 89$ this should of been better. Unfortunately I will not stay again

Our experience was great! We were planning on driving straight through, but ended up stopping at this Best Western. Luckily they had 3 rooms available for my family. This hotel was nice, clean and all around pleasant! Friendly staff! …

Clean rooms with no signs of bugs. Beds could be a bit softer but pillows were nice. Shower was kinda broken with no too great pressure but clean. Would recommend.

Pillow case had makeup on it manager said oh sheets were not changed, mildew all over shower curtain, no hot water manager said yes we've been out of hot water for 8 days now. I said that should have slept in my car when i brought this to the managers attn he said do you want your receipt? WOW...would have been nice to know. Bed is a 5 inch junk mattress on a metal frame I travel alot this was the worst bed ever!!!

Was actually impressed that the place was pretty clean. The rooms are pretty nice. Bed spread had a burn hole in it for being a non smoking room. Was not happy that I had to go to 2nd floor because i have bad knees because 1st floor was reserved for long term guests. Toilet needed to be secured to floor. Continental breakfast was ok. Sausage being served was like warm and the waffles didn't cook thru. Decently priced and staff was hospitable.

Front desk told me no rooms were available until I showed they were available online. $100 a night is far too much for the quality of the beds. Metal platform bed makes loud thunder sounds every time I rolled over in bed. The mattress and pillows are terrible. The AC would not stay on and keep the room cool, I woke up several times sweating. The room was clean so they get 1 point.
