Karla is ALWAYS a pleasure to see when I walk through the door at the Richland location. She’s helpful and quick. I never have a problem shipping at this location like I do the others.

The lady who works the front has the absolute best personality & deserves an A+ for her customer service. I use this office because of her kindness, even though it's further from my house.
