I was treated like I was stupid because I didn’t want to change my plan even AFTER I showed her that upgrading my plan would cause a $40 increase and she argued that my bill would go down but refused to show me and kept saying “you ain’t gonna stress me out” and had her coworker sign in instead to say “we don’t give out free phones to old plans” when I never asked for a free phone. I told them I was there to pay off phone and upgrade and that I had spoken to customer service on the phone and what phone I wanted and the price I was given by the customer service representative. Service like this has me considering other carriers. I can count and they don’t pay my bills so to be treated with high pressure sales tactics is very unprofessional.

they sell your information to scammers here. i got a scam call from “verizon support” the day after not buying anything from this store. this is victra not verizon anyways, they steal money everyway they can. they wanted 250 to set up my phone that’s insane
