Paid online for an item. Got denied due to not having enough identifying documents. Have literally been waiting a month for my refund now. Have spoken with store manager several times as well as district manager. Avoid them!!!!

do not go to this place. my piercing is infected and crooked. this is not a good place. absolutely do not.

I’ve never had a bad experience with Aaron’s, every time I call or go into the store the staff is always so friendly and helpful the management team is even better!
