I had a storage unit at Action Self Storage for the past five years. I finally decided to move all my stuff back to Texas where I live. Price was reasonable and if I live in the Ridgeland area I would use it again if the need arose.

Outstanding if talking to office. I got outsourced to the Philippines on call back. Didn't like that. But overall Cassie did everything she said . Also units have a bit of rust on inside metal. So this is why I gave a 4 not a 5

Action Storage is very accommodating and reasonably priced. The storage areas are well kept and secure. I’ve been renting from them in Ridgeland for nearly 13 years and have been extremely pleased.

This company has been by far the best storage rental business I have ever encountered. From the time of inquiry to actually making payments every month, everything is professional and convenient and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable, and the locations are excellent.Highly recommended.
