I went into this American Eagle today around 12:50 pm , no one greeted me 1 person was behind the register the whole time on their phone and never acknowledged I was even in the store. I also walked on aerie side to see what they had to offer and underwear was just thrown everywhere, no one was over there either. The store was a completely mess if you ask me they also stood around talking loud and I think that is so unprofessional. Poor service

This is the best American Eagle location! All of the employees were so nice and helpful. The lady managing provided absolutely AMAZING customer service. I’m so happy with my visit definitely my new favorite/goto location.
