“The apartment was not cleaned very well for my move in. There was new carpet but the rest was not cleaned very well. This complex is billed as luxury so I was surprised. This is the reason I am giving 4 stars.”
“The manager is quick to respond to any question you may have and very kind and knowledgeable.
The maintenance department are also quick to respond to every need, from a toilet that won’t stop running to a light bulb (kitchen overhead) requiring a ladder. They let you know if they will be there either that day or the next day they knock on the door if you’re home, you know they’re coming in.
This is a fantastic place to live from the updated inside to the screened in patios. I can’t say enough about it. It’s great all the way around..”
“I have lived here for the past 4 years, and cannot recommend The Meridian enough. The office staff has always been very responsive and accommodating to my requests and concerns. Maintenance has always been very quick to address maintenance requests, even coming to my unit after hours on 2 separate occasions due to my AC going out. It is on the pricier side, but you can't beat the location if you work in the area. I have also always felt very safe and enjoy the available amenities. It is not without the usual aggravations you face when living in an apartment (occasional fire alarms at night, hearing upstairs neighbors sometimes), but I feel that the management has always tried to help address these issues when they arise. Overall, I would definitely recommend living here!”

“Ask and you shall receive!
I put in a work order on Saturday to have my Bathroom outlets check as they were not giving an power. I was told my service date would be the following Monday. I am so please to come home and find that both bathroom outlets are effectively Giving power! As a new resident at The Trace of Ridgeland I can honestly say that they do live up to their name!
