“I really like a small. It's so cute and it's got an orange theory, be careful with the parking lot. I went in the wrong way and totally messed myself up. But other than that, it's completely accessible and very easy to navigate, lots of parking”

Maintenance is prompt, room was clean when I moved in, the amenities are SUPER nice and the TRASH ROOM is always kept under control (something that is very rare in my experience). The agents and management are all extremely nice and helpful. Being in The District, you're also within walking distance of great food and drinks. HIGHLY recommend living here if you need an apartment in the Jackson area.”

“Lived here for 2 years. Ideal for walking access to UMMC. Safe and quiet. Nearby gym, grocery stores, and restaurants. Nice pool and apartment gym as well. Shelby and Tyler do a great job in the office. Always were very responsive and helpful.”

“Very happy living here at the trace. Every time I have had a problem/concern, the property manager, Sherry, went above and beyond to make sure things were fixed. I do wish they would remodel the gym. Most of the equipment is broken/old and then gym itself is very outdated. Wish I didn’t have to pay for a gym membership somewhere else.Highly recommend living here!”
