Amazing experience!! I was in Madison shopping and came back out to a car that wouldn't crank. I popped the hood to observe the battery and one of the connectors had broken in half. I finally moved the connector around a few times - the car cranked. I headed straight to AutoZone in Ridgeland (being from out of town - that was the only place that I knew of and could get to quickly).I went inside and Jacob S was working - I popped the hood for him and showed him the problem. He went back inside - got the part and some tools, came back out and promptly put the new part on and I was on my way.Jacob was so nice and helpful - I could hardly believe the level of service I was provided.There should be more Jacobs in this world!AutoZone you have a great employee in Jacob S at the Ridgeland, MS store on HWY 51...Thank you Jacob and AutoZone for helping me get the car and myself back together.

If you use the loan-a-tool program, make sure you pay cash instead of card. The mouth-breathers will tell you "it's not in the system" and you won't get the money back on your card. Seems like being incompetent must be a requirement to work here

I often use this auto zone and each time the employees have always been courteous and helpful. They also have good fundamental knowledge of most things auto which helps if you’re trying something out of your wheelhouse.

my battery was being weird so went to autozone to get it tested.two people being served in front of me so i wait as the two ahead of me get parts and other things in the store.then get to me after 20 mins a line has drawn.me: "i need battery testing"az:"its going to be a few mins with all of these people"me: "no you can have your few mins and i will go somewhere else"amazing isn't it when i got to the head of the line the line mattered.save your time go to advance auto parts.bad service, long waits

I wish there was a 0 rating , talk about terrible customer service and seeing I am not the only person that has had a issue with KEITH makes my feelings so much more valid , he is rude and unprofessional, something that was simple as a pick up order was made so difficult and awkward , KEITH was standing with another customer and I walked in the store to pick up my order , he didn’t say a word but continued to stare at me instead of asking me what I need assistance with , so I just stated that I had a pick up and he looks confused and laughs while pointing at the other customer as if he was too busy when the correct thing was to say is “ I’ll be with you in just a moment” , but to laugh in a customers face as if they’ve did something wrong along with the customer laughing with them was so disrespectful and disgusting. That was enough to make me never visit that autozone again but I would like to thank the guy that did assist me but Keith needs to go back to training or learn some more customer service skills!
