Super slow with everything!!! I'm ALWAYS one of the first people there & it takes 5 hours even for a simple oil change. They go SUPER SLOW to bill up the labor charge. This last time was my last time! I'm taking my business elsewhere.

We tried to buy a XT5 and they said they would call us when they locate the one I liked. We tried 4 times and they never called us back. These are the laziest bunch I have ever seen. I believe they will be out of business soon. Also I serviced my SRX and the service dept is a pain to get a hold of. I wouldn’t buy a toy car from them let alone a real car.

People are nice and the lady who sold me my car is awesome, however I had a car wash and it scratched my car. Called to inform and only thing that was said was it couldn't have been us when I just had the car cut and polished before bringing it in that day vs finding a solution. Was saying it wasn't us and talked about how the other cars didn't repeatedly.

Tried to low ball me on my trade in by 6k less than the competition. The truck I went to see had more mileage than advertised as well as non disclosed front end damage and a cracked windshield. Stay away from this dealership.

Three years ago, I purchased an XT4 from your dealership and was very pleased with the experience. Initially, my radio was not functioning properly. Thus, I was given a loaner while it was being repaired. However, I became annoyed about the amount of time that it was taking to complete the task and the lack of communication from the Service Manager. I called the owner and left a message. No answer, not even from his secretary. Of course, what could I expect? However, within the hour, the owner himself returned my call. I complained to him about the lack of response that I was getting from the manager of the Service Department. (I knew that that was the owner's brother.) The owner listened patiently, and the problem was corrected within a reasonable period of time.Also, I appreciated receiving my gift bag! My Cadillac mug continues to be one of my favorites!I really did not want to purchase my vehicle in Jackson because of the distance and the unfamiliarity of the area. So, I went back to the dealership where I purchased my 2019 Cadillac, in another city and another state. The response and service, or should I say the lack thereof, were completely different!I am continuing to enjoy my 2020 XT4 that has slightly more than 20,000 miles. By the way, this experience happened more than 3 years ago, but I remember it like it happened yesterday. Continue to treat your customers as valued individuals; it pays off in the end!

Horrible telephone operator. Poor phone etiquette. Rude employees in parts and service. When I purchased my two new Cadillacs I chose to go to Memphis instead. Can’t spend money with people that act like you’re bothering them. I’d recommend going to a professional Cadillac dealership.

I highly recommend this dealership! Everyone was very welcoming, friendly and true car enthusiasts. The GM was great to do business with and treats the staff well. Our purchase went very smoothly, happy to have such a great car in our garage.

Worst salesman and Management team to deal with, when looking for a car they returned your calls and were so nice, after the purchase they can’t talk to you and will cheat you and all of them pass the buck and will lie , I wouldn’t recommend Cadillac of Jackson to anyone! One would think you buy a brand new car and all they wanted to do was sell a car, what ever happened to repeat customer, I will definitely go to Birmingham. FactsIs this the way General Motors allow their products to be sold , one might as well buy a ford!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When I say TOP NOTCH Service I really mean it! The purchase of My NEW Blackwing was one of the easiest purchases I ever experienced. The sales team was welcoming! Jason and Jon took care of me and gave me a fair deal and signing up was a breeze and only took about 10 minutes. My salesman thoroughly went over the features and set up my seats and onstar. He was definitely up to par with every detail of the Cadillac brand and answered every question I had. I highly recommend them and am so happy with my purchase! Thanks again Cadillac of Jackson!

Absolutely the worst place I’ve ever dealt with. Poor communication. Would never return my call or text but had read receipts on so they would read it but no response. More than glad to take my business elsewhere.

I have been a loyal customer for 10 or more years and have always recommended the service department under Barksdale. The new service is not the same. I purchased new tires under Barksdale and they price matched Walmart for the exact same tires and tire rotations and flat fixes were no charge. I recently bought new tires for my new vehicle and was not informed of the policy change. I could have bought the tires at other places who would continue that service. I was also quoted an alignment fee which is significantly more than other places I checked.. the new facility is beautiful but it takes more than spa scented air freshener and free snacks to keep people coming back. I takes fair, honest service and I won’t be back.
