Long story short, staff at this Ridgeland, MS, location said I could not use my "offer" and "birthday reward" (both in the app and both for a free item) in the same transaction, so I tried to use them in separate transactions. The wrong offer was applied to the wrong item in the first transaction.Instead of resolving the issue, an associate who was brought over to help implied that I lied about having 2 coupons in the first place, and I left with only 1 free item.Surprisingly poor customer service and staff experience with the app. After I left, I called Customer Care, and the rep took care of me with no hesitation.
