Matthew was so great they came out and did that bathroom in one day I was in aw with his would and ability to do that bathroom over and just one day it came out better than we expected. I am forever grateful to be using them again.

I regret using them. our home was in the market for a walk in shower. we called one vendor and they came in very high. seeing an ad for bath fitters, we called them. the sales guy took measurements and made his pitch. it's my own fault for not paying closer attentions to the details. there was an alcove where the tub/shower was. my ass-u-mption was that the shower footprint would go to the edge. I also ass-u-med that when adding inside the shower rails on two sides that I would have enough room to stand without anything touching me. both assumptions were incorrect. because of the kit design, the shower doors are about 3 inches from the edge of the alcove. because of the presence of handrails, my arms were touching them as I stood in the shower. I can replace the handrails, not an issue. their kit, however, does not allow for extra room and you will be stuck with whatever they get you. If you decide to use this company, be very sure you understand and ask about how much room you lose because the kit is small, the doors are centered on the top of their kit, and how much you lose because of rails. I am stuck with the result of my assumptions. you don't have to be as you are now forewarned. Even though their quotes denotes the 32" x 60" pad, you really only get a 28.5" wide interior pad measured from the interior wall of the shower to the edge of the door frame.

We had to have a walk in shower installed when my mother in law moved in. Billy Bishop was absolutely wonderful. He was so patient and kind with all the questions. He went out of his way to make the process easy. He worked long hours to make sure he finished and didn't put us out with an extra day. Ours was an old jacuzzi tub over 30 years old and was not an easy job for anybody. I would definitely recommend them. The price they quote is the price you pay. Not matter what they find when they get started.

Bathfitter of Ridgeland, MS did a tub-to-shower conversion in my home in May 2023. From my initial inquiry email to the actual work performed everything was done in a professional and expedient manner. The office staff promptly answered emails and phone calls, as did the agent who conducted our initial consultation. The tradesmen who actually performed the conversion did so in a manner that respected our home and kept all noise and debris to an absolute minimum and accomplished the entire conversion, as quoted, in ONE day. We are well satisfied with the product they delivered, and would hire Bathfitter of Ridgeland, MS again if the need ever arises.
