April is AWESOME. I had a difficult problem that couldn't be solved over the phone with customer service. April was able to get things figured out and get service restored to my in under an hour. I am very satisfied with the level of customer care she provided and with my experience at her store.

Had to get an upgrade on a phone that has an old plan.. the young lady there did everything she could to help me keep my plan and get the phone for my kid. Great service which is why I've stayed with Boost
