CrossFit 601 has been our home gym for over 5 years! Great community, coaching and facility. I would recommend this gym to anyone looking to begin their fitness journey or take it to the next level and become a part of our CF fam!

When I first joined CrossFit 601, I wasn’t really sure what to expect, but it turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Since 2022, I’ve lost 50 pounds, but I’ve gained so much more than I ever thought possible—strength, confidence, and an amazing group of friends.
From the very beginning, the coaches have been incredible. They really care about your goals and meet you where you’re at, always helping you improve while pushing you just enough. Their support and energy make even the toughest workouts something I look forward to.
What really makes CrossFit 601 special, though, is the community. It’s not just a gym; it’s a place where you’re surrounded by people who genuinely want to see you succeed. Everyone celebrates each other’s wins, no matter how big or small, and they keep you accountable in the best way possible. These people have become some of my closest friends—they’re like family—and I honestly couldn’t have done this without them.
If you’re thinking about changing your life and want to feel supported every step of the way, I can’t recommend CrossFit601 enough! It’s been a game-changer for me.

I’ve been in other CrossFit boxes in the past but nothing like CrossFit 601. CrossFit 601 is beyond a good friendship, we became brothers and sisters building long-lasting relationship. This is the CrossFit box you need in life. Safety and proper forms are paramount.
