STAY AWAY ‼️ EDIDLE ARRANGEMENTS In Ridgeland MS. SUCKS‼️I’ve Ordered from this location two (2) times and thinking after the first time they made errors. I paid over $250.00 for some POOR dipped Strawberries, they didn’t dip all the strawberries and the ones they dipped was just the tip of the strawberry and they fell off in the bag. They picked up some roses from Kroger’s and it still had Kroger tags on it, stay away from this location Sherry Berries are better and they have to ship theirs. When I called to speak with someone the young lady was embarrassed because she said I wasn’t the only one that called she also said the owner refused to talk with me. Poor Arrangements, Poor Management, Poor Service ‼️

Had an arrangement delivered on the 13th. I paid over 130.00 for an arrangement. They delivered what looks like a 70.00; totally different from what I paid for. I’ve called the store countless of times and they stated the owner must call me back to correct it. It’s been two days and the owner hasn’t called me back. Give me my money back!

This was my first purchase for an Edible Arrangement. Surprised my husband for his birthday. He loved it! The salted caramel cheesecake was DELICIOUS! He raved about how fresh the fruit tasted. Thank you so much for helping me make his birthday special!

Do not order from this location. Ordered a spring fruit tray. The tray was so sparsely filled that it was unbelievable therefore not worth the cost. I've never had this happen at other locations

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION I JUST ATE A MOLDED STRAWBERRY. Didn't notice it until after I ate it. My bf bought me a Mothers Day Platter on yesterday. They market they they have fresh fruit well it's not. It's heartbreaking cause this was my first time eating Edible Arrangements. We called the store an associate answered we told her about it she told the manager. He told her to tell us we could get 6 free berries worth $26. No we want a refund. Then I demanded he get on the phone cause y are u speaking through ur associate. Very unprofessional. He stated that the platter had to be half full. It's the next day after getting the platter we ate like 7 berries out of it so it's not half of it left. No sir we paid $89 for this platter I want our money back. I said after i bit into a molded berry I want my money back or I'm calling corporate. It haven't been 24hours so mold don't grow that fast on good berries. He stated it go through quality check. Basically calling me a liar and I have pictures. Like i told him well obviously someone up their can't see cause this was a regular berry with mold at the top. Never again and I want everyone to know how we were treated this is bad customer service. At this point I don't want no berry from this location. I want my refund. I didn't think to go through them cause I was so excited to get it on yesterday. Then this is a Fresh Company so who think to check them. Ugh hopefully i don't get sick. Then the grapes was flat and the balloons was deflated. Horrible presentation for Mothers Day. Highway 51 will never see me again.

Placed an order for delivery to my house for my son’s birthday while I was at work. Got an email saying they were unable to deliver, and would contact the recipient to reschedule. I called the store, was on hold for 10 minutes because they were “assisting a customer.” Store told me the driver had attempted to deliver, but that no one was home. Oddly, my security camera never showed an edible arrangements truck at my house. I asked to reschedule delivery. They called the driver who said they “could not go all the way back out there.” I asked my son if edible had contacted him and he said yes, they would not wait even though he was a few blocks away from the house, and they would not reschedule delivery. They told my son he would have to drive (22 miles) miles to the store to pick up his birthday gift. This store does not provide the services advertised on the company website or any customer service.UPDATE: Store refunded price of arrangement, but not the delivery fee even though the ITEM WAS NOT DELIVERED. Response below from Edible is simply an attempt to save face on Google Reviews. The link they give is to reach out to the store, which I already did twice. Completely disappointing experience.

Edible Arrangements Ridgeland,Ms 39157 3/5 items missing from order on 2/14 reset order on 2/17 order was still old and missing items. Unable to give me a refund for missing items will not purchase from them AGAIN!!!

The fruit can be a little pricey, but it is always going to be extremely fresh and delicious. Everyone inside is very friendly as well.

Wouldn't deliver due to dogs. Dogs are contained and cannot get out. Wouldn't schedule re-delivery. Suggested my 83 year old aunt come to store to pick up. Would only refund half of payment.

Pickup order & it was not correct, walked backed it & lady look and agreed we were given the wrong order even though they called at 10:30 am stating it was ready & we picked up after noon. They walked to the back & came out with the correct Valentine tray. Glad I was there because hubby would of just brought it home as is & it's too far to drive back to for a wrong order.

The selection that this branch offer is limited compared to other branches I've had transactions with before. Also the website allows to book orders for Sunday, but last minute, you'll be notified that they can only serve you Saturday. It kinda ruins your plan. Nevertheless the product is good.

Last visit, items offered and on display that are no longer available. 1:00 in the afternoon and no longer taking orders. Never experienced this before, they must be under new management.

On the website it states they deliver to Clinton but when given the address in Clinton, they said they didn't so they need to remove it.
