The store interior looked like it was in a post-apocalyptic world. The aisles were half stocked with paint splatter and mess in the aisle walkways. The cashier was friendly.

If I could put no stars I would. They where very rude. No hi. No hello. Nothing. I got my stuff and when me and my wife went to checkout the manger rolled her eyes and said "check them out" and the rest of the employees were just as rude. Making sounds of disgust. Never going there again.

If I could give no stars, I would!! Nasty customer service matches the nasty store!! Merchandise in the middle of the aisle and no workers at the front of the store AT ALL. When I asked a group of employees standing on an aisle could I check out (because they had 2 people waiting) , one of them rudely yelled I’m coming and rolled her eyes and her neck. This was my first time stopping at this store but never again. Do better Family Dollar.

I wonder if corporate ever visits the store? Or even the district manager? What about the store manager? The entire store is in disarray. The store is filthy. The store is unstocked, and there is still spring and summer items out . Many shelves are completely empty or crammed with items from all over the entire store. The medicine section is never stocked and most shelves are completely empty. It’s sad because this store started off so up to date, clean, and always stocked. What a mess!

Cashier gave me more change than needed, which I told her. She called for manager. Manager made the correction. Neither said “thank you” for the purchase or for my honesty, nor did they apologize for the time it took to correct their mistake — said NOTHING as I was leaving. So I said “You’re welcome,” to which the manager quietly said “thank you.”Basic people skills are on short supply.
