I was denied entry 10 minutes before closing 12/17. Not only is it holiday season, but we’re looking at shoes here. This doesn’t take 10 minutes. I am flabbergasted!

Customer service is very poor at this location the employees are not engaging with customers they are busy looking at phones so they won't have to service you the young man working in the stockroom was helpful but the young lady working at the register has poor human relation skills.

We arrived 10 minutes before closing and knew exactly what we wanted to buy but were told they were closed. I guess I will spend my money elsewhere that honors their posted hours.

If returning in store (online purchase), make sure to receive a transaction ID for proof of return. Associates gave me a return label and tried to convince me that this was proof that the item was returned. I called the toll free number and they explained that I should receive a transaction ID or get the shoes back to ship myself. She also said this has happened to several customers who are left without an item or proof that the item was returned. It took a while but I left with the shoes after they had to “find them” even though I had just left the counter. ? This is very shady and appears to be an attempt to steal from customers who are taking what they tell them at face value.

Very poor customer service! Sat for over 30 minutes waiting on a shoe. The employees never came from the back. The manager (I’m assuming) continued to yell she was closing the store at 7:50pm. I asked her if they were coming out with the shoe and she had an entire attitude! How do you have an attitude with a customer when the employees aren’t doing their job? Completely ridiculous! If I didn’t sit there for 30 minutes, I would’ve walked out.

Be aware guy’s for JD SPORTS AT NORTHPARK MALL MS.,,when you go back for exchange or return. They took your stuff back to store room and mess up your product.. then they denied exchange or return… be awere for those kind people…. They fully s****

Very poor customer service. They don’t answer the phone when called and in store they won’t check in the back for shoes you have questions about.

Couldn’t return a pair of Jordans because the box they sold the shoes to me in had a broken top, the reasoning was people would complain about the box. They then said the shoes smelled like mildew, shoes were unworn. They stayed in the box they sold me in. I didn’t like the attitudes either.

Only place I like to buy shoes where I DON'T have to jump through hoops to use my military discount like at Footlocker & the customer service is GREAT & friendly & will even help you place your online order

Very poor customer service. Employees arguing in front of customers. And the others are standing arounding debating on who is going to help the customers. I was a fan of Finish Line, but not since we moved to Mississippi. The North Park location is the only one here. This would not be a problem if they had better service. Therefore I will find another store to shop at.
