I have been going to this Goodwill Outlet for almost a year now consistently. I can say that this location is poorly managed compared to the previous Goodwills that i have shopped at. As a shopper and customer, at this location, there have been numerous items taken from my cart, on the behalf of them not caring. Today, i was threatened by a lady and her husband in the store and felt very uncomfortable the rest of the time while i was there and yet the management does not seem to care about any issue one bit. I do not recommend a safe shopping experience here. Seriously, there are better thrifts out there.

Worst thrift ever. Clothes dumped on tables with exactly NO organization. Men's, women's, childrens, Sumner, winter, no matter. ....all mixed up. Horrible!Go to the GW in Madison. Well organized and great staff.

Always organized and clean! Items are priced decent! Easy to donate, just pull up and they get your stuff for you. The clothes are gently worn and in great condition! Just a great place to shop on a budget! You can really find some good treasures here!

Goodwill is in a nice location. The inside is roomy enough. Not as large as your out of state Goodwill. Nor does it have the small quality of products.

Nice "bins" store where you pay by the pound. They ask everyone to step out of the store while they change out the bins, about every 30 min or so. Employees were very nice.

They had a lot of good merchandise, just not what I was searching for at the time.

This place had 12 bins of clothing. And about 20-25ppl waiting in line to go shopping. Didn't look like an "outlet" to us, more like a very small, crowded room with a little bit of clothes to look through.

I just moved back to Mississippi after losing my home to Hurricane Ida. We stopped at the location in Jackson and find out it's closed then drive out to the location on center street. The store hours say they close at 5pm. But at 4:30 they did last call and asked everyone to check out. I was only in the store for five minutes but was able to pick out a few sweatshirts being I have none and that's what I came for. I get to the register and my total is 6 dollars and change, all I have is a hundred dollar bill and they tell me they can't accept it. I threw my findings back in a bin and left. Any of these circumstances separately soundly have bothered me but collectively , it's got me upset. To drive all the way out to ridgeland , close half an hour earlier than listed and not even be able to get what I came for. Very disappointing .

I didn't know the store hours and got here by the last minutes and one of the cashier clerks were rushing the customers. She kepting letting everyone know that they close in 12 minutes every 5 seconds when they have 30 minutes left until 5:00. Rude.

Outlet store sells by the pound. Everything is in bins. Hit or miss. You can spend hours digging and find some great stuff or walk out with almost nothing.
